Refund Policy

At Polynesian Pride, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all our customers.

1. Order Modification and Cancellation

Because all orders enter our custom production queue rapidly, cancellations and order modifications are subject to strict time limits:

  • Cancellations & Item Changes: We offer a 100% full refund or item modification, including size or color changes, if the request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Address Changes: Shipping address updates can be processed if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

If you missed these timeframes, please contact us. While standard refunds are not guaranteed once production begins, we will try our best to assist you or provide a heavy discount for a replacement.

2. Refunds for Returns

As outlined in our Return Policy, we offer refunds or replacements for eligible issues reported within 30 days of delivery. Once your photo evidence is approved or your physical return is inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed immediately.

Refund Timelines After Approval:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Up to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

3. Lost Packages & Delivery Issues

Lost in Transit: If your package is officially declared lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will either send a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund.

Delivered but Not Received: If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package was stolen or cannot be recovered, we offer two solutions:

  • Reshipment: We will craft and send a new item to you. You may be asked to cover a small reshipping fee.
  • Partial Refund: Depending on the carrier's policy and item value, we can issue a partial refund of up to 70% of your total purchase to help cover your loss.

Note: You may be required to submit documentation or correspondence from your local post office to validate a stolen or missing package claim.
