Processing time refers to the time needed to custom-produce, quality-check, and pack your items. (Please note that processing time does not include transit time).

Certain regions require specialized routing. Note: DHL Express requires a physical verified address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Australia Delivery

Standard/Metro Areas:

Remote Areas in Australia: If you reside in a designated remote area and select Expedited Shipping, an additional $14.99 USD logistics surcharge will apply. To save on shipping costs, we highly recommend remote customers select Standard/Economy shipping (fulfilled via Australia Post). To verify if your address is classified as remote, please email us.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes once they reach the destination country's customs. These charges are not included in the checkout price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important Note for EU, UK, and Canada: If you select DHL Express, your package will pass through expedited customs clearance, which often requires immediate payment of import taxes directly to DHL before delivery. Standard shipping (like Yunfast) takes longer (14-18 business days) but may have different local postal clearance procedures. Please check with your local customs office to estimate potential fees.

• Do you deliver internationally?
  Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with multiple affordable options.
• Are there any shipping restrictions?
  We can deliver to PO Boxes via Economy/Standard shipping. However, Expedited Shipping (and DHL) requires a physical address and is not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• What happens if my order is delayed?
  If your order has not arrived within 45 days from the dispatch date, please contact our support team to arrange a refund or a free replacement.
• Can an order be split into multiple addresses?
  No, we only ship to a single address per order. Please place separate orders if you need items sent to different locations.
